For over 40 years LifeLine has been providing free 24 hour crises intervention
counselling services to people in need across the Southern African region. This
organization promotes emotional wellness for communities and individuals throughout
the country. In addition, LifeLine's services extend to rape counselling, face-to-face
counselling, trauma counselling, and communication courses for Corporate Business.
LifeLine is an international organization comprised of nineteen main centres and
numerous smaller outreach branches.

Out of the Meek, Comes the Wild

The Artist:
Ever since she was a child Lisa has loved any type of art or craft work. Lisa attended art classes with her father and was taught the basics of various mediums.
Lisa went on to study Graphic Design at Art College in Johannesburg. Together with her father they owned and ran a gallery and framing shop. During this period Lisa began to paint wildlife. Her work sold well in the shop and she then decided to become a full time artist.
Lisa takes pride in the fact that she has exhibited her art in South Africa, Australia and America and her work forms part of collections around the World.
The Book:
The book is 250 x320 mm in size and in printed in a landscape format.
There are 160 high quality pages printed in full colour which features the artist and her work over the past 19 years on behalf on the LifeLine campaigns.
This book offers an in depth description of the Artist, her lifestyle and where she lives. You will learn about her inspiration for each range she has produced for LifeLine and get to know more about the animals of South Africa.
